On October 8, 2019, the editors of The Bulletin of the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences decided to retract the following article: A. Arkhipov, A. Kazannikov. Retraction of the article was explained by the fact that the authors had inappropriately borrowed a substantial amount of data obtained by Yury Okatov as a result of his scientific research.
