Аннотация

В последние годы Узбекистан стал одним из основных получателей средств официальной помощи развитию, направляемых в государства постсоветского пространства. В данной статье проанализирована структура этой помощи, ее динамика по годам и приведены основные мотивы развитых государств (доноров) в их стремлении помогать экономическому развитию Узбекистана. С учетом того вклада, который различные доноры вносят в официальную помощь развитию, они разделены на три группы: азиатские государства; страны, расположенные вне региона; международные институты, включая многосторонние банки развития. По итогам проведенного анализа был сделан вывод о том, что в краткосрочной перспективе наиболее результативным для Узбекистана представляется сотрудничество с КНР, а в долгосрочной перспективе, принимая во внимание необходимость проведения в стране структурных реформ, больше выгод принесет взаимодействие с многосторонними институтами развития, Японией, Республикой Корея и европейскими государствами.
