The article presents the results of the analysis of transformational changes in the state sub-program “Federal Property Management” over the past few years. Modern trends in state property management through state programs in accordance with the adopted regulations in the period under review are considered in detail. An assessment of institutional changes in the context of achieving national goals of socio-economic development of the country is carried out. The author examined the changes from the standpoint of the criterion - whether the changes in the state subprogram helped its impact on achieving the strategic development goals.
