Abstract

The article analyzes innovations in the field of such state property management institutions as privatization/deprivatization. An assessment is given of the effectiveness of state property management in recent years in the context of new challenges and realities, as well as in connection with the transformation of the goals that the Russian economy must achieve in the upcoming rather difficult period of its development. The analysis of the institutional environment revealed modern trends in the transformation of conceptual approaches to the management of state property, which is no longer considered only as a source of privatization revenue (as it has been for many years), but, first of all, as a tool for building a new policy in the field of attracting investment, developing entrepreneurial activity, restructuring of the economy, improving the material base of industrial production at a new, higher and more modern level of technological development.
