Abstract
The article analyzes the main indicators of the warehouse real estate market (by federal districts, highlighting the most important subjects). In modern conditions, the development of logistics infrastructure is an important factor in socio-economic development, which determines, among other things, the investment attractiveness of the region. Based on statistical data, the work shows that terminal and warehouse infrastructure plays a particularly significant role in the territories adjacent to megacities. At the same time, in all federal districts, as well as in Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, the level of available warehouse space varies in the range from 0,1 to 1,7%, which is extremely low and indicates an acute shortage of warehouse space. This means that currently the terminal and warehouse infrastructure throughout almost the entire territory of the country is a factor constraining economic development. At the same time, the results of the analysis can act as a signal for business: investments in the development of terminal and warehouse infrastructure are expected to be profitable and should pay off effectively.
